Stewart is an ex-soldier who enlisted into the Grenadier Guards in 1986, transferring to the Adjutant General’s Corps in 1994. He retired after a full 23 year career in 2009. During his service, Stewart worked extensively in military law and discipline, gaining vast experience and knowledge of all aspects of military law. He has had involvement in Courts Martial for Sex offences, Violence related offences and all manner of specific military offences including Absence Without Leave.
Stewart will be your first point of contact for all of your military law queries, giving advice on the military discipline process from start to finish, including Military Police Interviews, Courts Martial and the Summary Appeal Court. He will also manage your case throughout. If you have been arrested by the civilian police, Stewart will also be involved, giving advice to your Solicitor on the implications to your career of being convicted in a civilian court. He is currently studying with the Institute of Legal Executives.
