Richard began specialising in Immigration law in 1998. He joined us in 2001, and now supervises our Immigration Department.
The Department is renowned for having a very high success rate, solving complex immigration problems in EU and UK Common Law, applying to regularising legal status in UK, assisting and applying for immigration into the United Kingdom (Entry Clearance applications under marriage, fiancee, tier system [employment, skilled] and visiting), applying for permanent residence in UK (EEA applications) indefinite and limited Leave applications. Challenging immigration based negative decisions by challenge, appeal, or judicial reviews. Challenging immigration detentions or threat of removal (deportation), 9.
