Richard Collins joined Tuckers as Practice Director in January 2006 after a career at the Lord Chancellors Department, Law Society and the Legal Services Commission. Most recently as Executive Director for Policy at the Commission.

Richard was awarded an OBE in the 2009 Birthday Honours List for services to the administration of justice
