Phil was admitted in 1973 and has been a solicitor and partner in a number of firms, leaving his own firm to join us in 1997.
Phil gained his higher rights in April 2000, and attends Court on a daily basis. He specialises in Youth Court work and has extensive experience in ASBO cases. He is also the Manchester representative on the Regional Duty Solicitor Committee
