Niall qualified as a Barrister in 1999 and thereafter spent 2 years working in personal injury litigation. In 2001 he became a tenant at Kings Bench Walk Chambers and specialised in criminal defence work. In August 2008, we invited him to join us as one of our employed Barristers.
Niall's practice covers all aspects of the criminal law. He is regularly instructed in high profile murder cases, gang shootings and firearms offences, large drug importation and violent disorders. Along with all types of less serious offences, Niall is frequently instructed to deal with matters such as election fraud and counterfeit and forgery matters.
