Kiran joined the firm in 2003 and has gained experience in General Crime and Prison Law. She has been involved in serious crime work including MTIC Frauds, Murder cases, and Money Laundering matters.
Kiran now specialises in Prison law issues ranging from representing individuals before disciplinary proceedings at Independent Adjudications, to assisting with determinate and non determinate prisoners with regards re categorisation, recalls, sentence progression, lifers taking Oral hearings before the Parole board and Judicial Reviews.
Kiran is police accredited by the Law Soceity to provide advice and representation to suspects in detention at police stations.
