Felicity works with us as a barrister. She was called to the Bar in 1997, and now specialises in defending clients and their assets in civil and criminal asset recovery cases, fraud, money laundering, confiscation, contempt, enforcement and receivership cases, including many matters of serious fraud and those with an overseas dimension.
Felicity continues to have many cases in the High Court and the Crown Court in relation to Restraint Orders, Variation Orders, Confiscation Orders, Receivership Orders. Acts for commercial clients, directors, those involved with international and national private companies, and she advises in relation to corporate criminal liability. She specialises in protecting the interests of commercial clients as well as interested third parties who have not been charged with any crime.
Felicity is expert in ensuring prosecuting bodies do not over-restrain assets. She has defended cases against the RCPO, CPS, SFO, SOCA, BIS, Trading Standards, and represented clients in private actions. She also has a strong interest in Human Rights law.
