Claire qualified in 1998 and her practice has focused on cases of complex crime, fraud and associated matters including restraint and confiscation since 2000. She has been a serious fraud supervisor since 2005 and is able to advise and assist clients both pre and post charge.

Claire has extensive experience in all aspects of criminal proceedings including advice regarding interviews both voluntary and under compulsion, restraint orders pre and post charge and the overlap of criminal proceedings with investigations by other bodies.
