Barry qualified in 1981 and is the Managing Partner of Tuckers. He founded the firm in 1984 with the aim of providing clients with 24 hour access to high quality legal advice and representation in criminal law matters.

Barry insists that the firm puts the quality of assistance paramount to the financial constraints of the legal aid system. In respect of private work, his ethos is to provide best advice and results via value for fees paid rather than concentrating a client's mind on minutes billed.
