Before joining Tuckers, Barry previously ran his own successful practice in the Greater Manchester area, this knowledge and experience has earned Barry the position of Quality Manager, ensuring that all cases conducted within the Magistrates’ Court are maintained to the very high exacting standards Barry is renowned for.

As a highly experienced and dedicated criminal defence Solicitor, Barry appears daily in the Magistrates’ Court often conducting trial’s, in particular representing clients in relation to allegations arising out of relationship breakdowns, including Section 47 Assault (Actual Bodily Harm), Section 39 Assault(Common Assault), Harassment, Breach of Restraining Order, Criminal Damage and Public.
