Andre qualified as a solicitor in 1996, joining us as a consultant from Christian Khan in 2007, where he had been a partner. He has been a Legal Services Commission (consultant) Peer Reviewer since 2006. He authored the Liberty response to the Home Office consultation on transitional arrangements and civil claims following the setting up of the IPCC in 2003.
