Our client was charged with the supply of Viagra and other medicines catering for erectile dysfunction without obtaining prescriptions. The allegations also centred upon forgery of prescriptions and pharmaceutical requisition orders. The defendants were accused of holding themselves out to be licensed medical practitioners. The case related to a clinic established in the West Midlands to treat patients suffering from erectile dysfunction.
