Our client was searched by police officers outside a pub and found to be holding £90’s worth of crack cocaine in his hand. The Crown are alleging he intended to supply it to others based on what they say is an unusual method of consumption, crumbling the rock into rizla and smoking it rather than using a crack pipe.
