We represent a client accused of possessing £3,500’s worth heroin with the intention of supplying it to others. He is a man of previous good character, who has admitted to being a “one off” dealer who bought the drugs for £800 hoping to make a profit so that he could clear his rent arrears. He was interviewed by the police without the benefit of legal advice and made full admissions.
