Our client was arrested whilst allegedly in possession of 2 ounces of cannabis. The police searched him after arresting him for threatening words and behaviour, an allegation that arose from an altercation with doormen at a nightclub.
The police allege that he struggled with officers whilst they tried to detain him, and whilst he was being placed in a police cell he made an unsolicited comment admitting to possession of cannabis both on his person and at home.
