Our client has been charged with being knowingly concerned in the fraudulent evasion of the prohibition of importing a class A drug, and supplying a class A drug, and is being prosecuted by HM Customs & Excise. The evidence against him consists mainly of covert observations and mobile phone cell site evidence.
