Tuckers have been retained by the Health & Safety Executive in relation to its prosecution of a company and individual following an accident at Dover House, 141 Morden Road, Mitcham, Surrey CR4 4DG. The accident resulted in the death of a gentleman called Stephen Victor Etu.
