We represented a client who, if convicted, would have suffered a mandatory minimum disqualification of at least 12 months. The police surgeon “neglected” it include in his evidence that the clients condition was due to drugs raising the question of the legality of the request for a blood specimen. The prosecution offered no evidence and the charge was dismissed.
