Our client is being investigated by Trading Standards in relation to allegations of supplying counterfeit DVDs, originally imported from Asia. The evidence against him consists of so-called "test" purchases by undercover Trading Standards officers, covert observations by Trading Standards, officers, analysis of the client's own computer records, as well as banking evidence linking him to the websites where it is alleged his services were advertised.
