One of only 5 company directors in the UK disqualified under section 8 of the Companies Act 1985. Being prosecuted by the Department of Trade and Industry and Trading Standards in relation to allegations under the Companies Act 1985, Trade Descriptions Act 1968, as well as conspiracy to defraud, fraudulent trading and other offences under the Theft Act 1968.
