We act in a tragic case in which it is alleged that a young man losing control of a high performance car killed his passenger friend, and seriously injured another motorist. This case involves detailed analysis of the state of the motor vehicle concerned, particularly given some concerns as to the stability of the manufactured vehicle irrespective of the alleged driving.
