Our client was successfully defended having been charged with possession of firearms with intent to endanger life. The case involved a high speed car chase through Birmingham city centre on a Saturday afternoon during which shots were exchanged between the occupants of two vehicles chasing one another. The Police found evidence that automatic weapons were discharged in the crowded shopping area. One victim was run over by the fleeing cars and seriously injured.
