Our client was charged with 2 counts of conspiracy to defraud. The allegations related to a highly organised and complex conspiracy concerned with the obtaining of passports and birth certificates in the names of deceased infants. High profile case, being the subject of the TV documentary “Tonight with Trevor McDonald”.
