Our client was alleged to have benefited in the sum of £800,000 from a conspiracy to defraud. The conspiracy centred around the production and sale of satellite decoders that were designed to decode receivers, enabling the user to access any satellite channel. The loss to cable companies was said to have amounted to millions of pounds. Our Client was said to have hidden assets.
