Our client is convicted of conspiracy to import class A drugs in to this country, and is facing confiscation proceedings where the Crown allege a criminal benefit of hundreds of thousands of pounds. They also allege that he has hidden assets and are therefore asking the Court to make a Confiscation Order for the entire amount. Our forensic analysis of their case has successfully reduced the benefit figure, and we have established a near complete audit trail of his income and expenditure so that any order made will be dramatically reduced.
