Our client was accused of abducting and indecently assaulting two ten year old girls. It was alleged that he had lured them to his home and then falsely imprisoned them. The client was acquitted after the case collapsed when it became apparent to the trial Judge that the allegations had no merit. Our client was brutally assaulted by local vigilantes prior to his arrest and is due to pursue a civil action against the Police arising from their handling of his own complaint.
