Terrorism Update

9 September 2005

An article by Partner Andrew Keogh was published today in the New Law Journal.

The piece takes solicitors through the salient points in relation to the advising of suspects detained for terrorism offences.

Welcoming the publication, Andrew Keogh stated:

"Terrorism offences are by their very nature some of the most complicated cases to conduct; it is clear that some people do not fully understand the legislative framework, thereby putting suspects at risk. This article seeks to flag up some of the major issues facing advisers at the police station."
