Tuckers Partner Andrew Keogh was interviewed by Radio 5 Live in relation to proposals issued by the Sentencing Advisory Panel which will lead to fewer custodial sentences for those convicted of theft from shop. Andrew, speaking in support of the proposals did however caution that more robust community penalties would be required to assist the great majority of offenders suffering from chronic drug addiction. Without this support the orders would simply set offenders up to fail and achieve nothing at all in the long run.
