Today saw the publication of "Criminal Costs A Practical Guide". A key chapter on the general criminal contract was written by Tuckers Partner Andrew Keogh. Andrew was delighted to be asked to contribute to this book, particularly as the author is Peter Hurst, Senior Costs Judge of the Supreme Court. The book is published by Oxford University Press.
