A Tuckers client was acquitted of Murder last week. The prosecution also tried to convict our client, as an alternative, of manslaughter - the jury rejected the case. In a further last ditch attempt to get a conviction a charge of causing death by dangerous driving was added. That resulted in a not guilty verdict as well. The defence was lead by Jill Eastwood a senior criminal lawyer in our Manchester office.
