Tuckers lawyer Carolyn Smith today joined the elite band of lawyers with higher rights of audience. The award means that Carolyn is able to argue cases in all courts, including the Court of Appeal and House of Lords. Carolyn joins a number of other lawyers at Tuckers with the award, believed to comprise the largest team of such lawyers within any criminal firm.
The advantages for our clients are clear in that one lawyer is now able to offer a seamless service without having to involve barristers who have no prior knowledge of the client's case.
